GIF's - How do you resize them?

I use Irfanview to resize my Jpegs but cant resize my Gifs.

So how do you resize Gifs from your pictures?

Do you mean a single frame gif or an animated gif.

I can resize a single frame gif using Irfanview the same way as a jpeg, but you can't use it for an animated gif.
