Just speaking to the owner… the older bike was a 1981 tourer he bought from the Hamster… Richard Hammond…

And badly tarted at that…
Yeah it’s a ‘21 plate- pretty standard apart from an admittedly exquisite hand painted detail that doesn’t show in the photos
R9T looks crap. (To me)
Does the owner have a top knot ….or use a white stick ?
