Hi All

I considering changing my pannier system on my GS TE to 37ltr Givi Outbacks.

Does anyone out there know how wide the back of bike will be with these fitted?

Would they make the back of the bike narrower or wider than the handlebars?

Cheers

Mike

If no one come up with an accurate measurement for you on here, you could go by the measurement on the link below. But that's on a GSA and also assumes it is accurate.

Just for your information, Bumot do a 45 and a 41ltr combo which is narrower by a cm (97cms) than 2 x 37ltr Outbacks using that measurement. They also do a 40 / 36 combo which is 92cms wide on the GS. No affiliation, it's just that I was looking as well.

Both are about the same or slightly less than the width of the handlebars (at 98cms inc handguards?)

That's brilliant...thank you

I've looked at Bumot and they are very impressive but I also have a Yam S10 with the exhaust on the 'wrong side'!
