Givi PLR5108 Rapid Release Fasteners

Probably not the first person to bitch about this, but decided to get the pannier brackets powder coated since paint starting to peel off. Anyway, I’ve bent the tabs on the 10mm locking washers taking them off from the brackets. Givi only sell the whole kit for £60 and was wondering if anyone knew where to source just the locking washer/ shims or a suitable alternative??

Yeah, I think they’re a bespoke Givi fastener probably made by those guys or someone in Italy. Givi customer service in the UK is an absolute joke. Had other issues with them. Even tackled them at NEC without success. Their stuff isn’t great considering price. Doesn’t withstand test of time or adverse weather conditions
