Go on then - next EA run

See you and Chad on the next one :beerjug:

just uploaded the routes onto the sat nav again,

need to tidy the bike up yet,

off to work at 4pm, but should be home by 1130pm, so plenty of time for a kip.

I was going to spend yesterday giving the bikes a good clean and giving them the once over, but I ended up spending 12 hours sorting work presentations instead :blast.

I only live round the corner, so it's time to dig out the jetwash, and I'll see you there for 10 :D

just had breaky,

see you all later,

very misty this morning after all the rain, yesterday

See you on the next one

Thanks for that - just what I needed to blow out the cobwebs.

Look forward to meeting up for the next one :thumb2

It was great to see you all today, although my near miss in Bury St Edmunds on the way up to Thetford was not something I want to repeat in a hurry.

Nothing too exciting, but I grabbed some footage of everyone starting off and wafting away from Thetford in case you are interested.

See you soon.

Matt

I think I saw a band of Tossers, entering Aldborough, early this afternoon.

At least I assume it was, as none of the fifteen or so bikes seemed too upset as I gave them a Tosser's 'salute'.

Thanks to all concerned for a great day.!

Matt (monty) hope you have got over your near miss at B/St Ed couldn't believe it all in slow motion in front of me!! Jason didn't have his video on unfortunately.

Tim (mr badger) many thanks for some great lanes in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Good to touch base with Jason and Andy.

Hope to meet everyone in the not too distant future. :bounce1:bounce1:bounce1

Well done Mr Badger :clap:clap:clap Would like to say a big thankyou for the day and the route planning.:thumb2.

"wapping" thanks for the salute!:pullface
Looking forward to seeing you all again!
Cheers:beerjug:

OMG, Tony...good job that didn't give out on the way home..:eek:

Me and mister badger got well and truly caught in the storm with summer gloves and dark visors :blast ...my boots have never leaked in over 20,000 miles but I guess even Daytona's best can't keep out bow waves that break up over one's knees, eh..??. The house is currently festooned with drying bike kit...

A big thank you to all you lovely tossers who turned out yesterday, especially to mr b for leading us (into the unknown at times, even for him with the satnav!!) and to Mr Sweeper :kissy2:kissy2...hope to see everyone again soon

Thank you very much for suggesting I go to Darren at MCT, Mr & Mrs B. I am about to be almost £600 lighter when he fits a shiny new Ohlins..... :rob

My pleasure. We've seduced several to the MCT side and none have been disappointed so far. No comission but he always looks after us very well.

New front and rebuild rear?

Thanks all for yesterday, especially sweepers.

As Madame says, we got caught in the biggest rainstorm I've ever been out in
stormy.gif
and the first time we've actually had to pull over. The filling station at Attleborough was like a refugee camp with bikes and open top cars pulling in for a break. The inside of my helmet got soaked - even with the vents closed.

Irony was we had just fuelled up at Thetford and spent 30 mins cooling off and having a drink.:blast

Thanks to all yesterday great day out and a great bunch of tossers, look forward to the next one:thumb
Who was it that asked for Chips and a drink ...I didn't give you any change! :blast

I am still gutted you did not get my minor near-miss on video, Jason. Maybe next time!

Oddly enough, the suggestion is a new rear and leave the front as it is for the time being.

Ah, that was me, the sweeper, was not a problem, would always want to give extra than not enough.:)

I really enjoyed following the rideout, we were lucky with the ride home, we had only a few mins of heavy rain, and were soon through it,

thanks for putting the route togethet, and for the warm welcome, from a rather different beemer.

thanks to Darren and Jim for the run home together and the meeting in the morning.

maybe see you at Redlodge 10am saturday morning, leaving for 10.30
