On my test ride my spine was playfully rearranged by the audicity of a white line in the middle of the road. A forum member explain the pump thing, I bought one and mine was on zero. I bought a pump and duly pumped to fat bastard with luggage and snuggle bunny mode. Massive difference. Outrageously priced but if you have air Susp you need a pump thingy

I read about this pump on this very forum, so I went and had a look at my Glide. It does appear that I too have air suspension. I checked the pressure with a standard bicycle tyre pressure gauge and guess what? After 4 years of ownership there was some psi in it, so I left it exactly as it was

Apparently, my bike's fitted with "Premium Ride Hand-Adjustable Touring Shocks". They're an interesting design: the left side has the hydraulic preload adjuster and looks very different to the one on the right side.
