Bought a genuine BMW Motorrad Nav last year - £1300+. 11 months later, front touch screen cracked & came off. Couldn't find receipt. Today got a copy from the credit card people. Went to Park Lane. They couldn't find their copy.
After much searching they decided to replace the unit there and then as long as I gave them the unlock code for the old one.
Now the owner of a brand spanking new Nav II, with City Navigator 7 installed. No arguments, no hassle. Brilliant!!!
I think that is pretty good service.
