Just to say, despite all the fire problems at Motorrad West, which they are fast putting right, when I had a concern with my new R1200GS, they resolved the problem very quickly.
They came down the same day as my concern was reported, and took my bike away in their van.
They quickly ascertained that there was no actual fault, it was just me. This was proved by comparing it to their demonstator.
They polished the bike, and brought it back in their van, because it's hard for me to get away from my business.
Seriously, they could not have done more. Although I felt somewhat stupid for being overconcerned, they never made me feel so, quite the reverse infact. Nothing was a problem for them.
