To be fair, once you’ve built up your no claims and reached a certain age and time riding you can reasonably expect your premiums to rise year on year. Like everything else.
The issue I have with insurance is the shoddy service you get from most, I’ve not had one year for as long as I can remember where I’ve not had to call back and correct a detail or two.
Call backs that never happen and the annual game of renewal hike, ring round, call your insurer and revised premium.
Bemoto used to be different but my last few dealings have not been good, it feels like they’re struggling to get decent staff like so many industries.
It’s not all call centre / and helplines though.
Ive recent had to contact Datatag ( correct some details the dealer had given) and Datatool when I got my new bike.
Both of these companies were absolutely brilliant and I won’t do into details but went over and above what I expected and made resolving the issues and doddle.
