Google Earth:How do I 'mark' a trip route on it and paste it elsewhere?

I've only got the freebie basic Google Earth. I want to produce an image showing the route I took on a recent trip to North West Africa, then paste it to a website address. Can anybody tell me in plain English what I need to do?

I think Google have locked all their maps down so you can't copy and paste, you could do a screen shot and keep that though.....

I was given this tip by Lo-IQ using Adobe Premiere

Or try this

google earth, use screen screen grab turn the screen grab into a JPEG photoshop it to suit your needs.

resolution of about 1024x768 should be ok

then insert as JPEG into time line add key frames to move (pan / tilt)

dislove between multiple screen grabs to do zoom ins and out.

Yep - I just hit 'PrntScrn' and edit the resulting file in MSPaint. Save it as a jpeg and the jobs a goodun.
