Gopro 3

Hi
Can anyone help me out trying to find out the best setting for my gopro, when I am on my bike etc.
The mode I am on at the moment is video like a fish eye motion the back ground seems to be in the distance.
If anyone can tell me what settings they have on yours
Ie for on the bike picking up landscape and views etc.

Is it a hero 3 or 3+?

I have the latter and when on the bike would use the app to set the camera up http://youtu.be/MJhrIyJfc9swith zoom, but the camera has such a wide angle lens it always seems to make vehicles in front seem quite far away.
