Got a new toy this week ..............

The 1150Gs was looking a tad lonely so I decided it needed a little friend. Sort of horse and donkey thinking.
After a little research and the desire to do something mad I got an Aprilia RSV1000R.
For those who haven't ridden a modern litre super sports bike - well you've just got to experience it. The acceleration is beyond description and the road holding isn't bad either.
So, track days and weekend scratching plus commutes to work and long distance holidays can all be catered for now. And both my little bikes turn heads!

I had one before the GS. Fabulous experience that taught me a lot about accuracy of input

I really enjoyed it over two years, but in the end it had to go .... it only really made sense (to me) if used enthusiastically (!) and on the road this meant that licence or life was under threat. But I was very sad to see it go all the same.
