Each year we go to Spa for the 6-hour Classic Car race at the end of September, staying very close to Trois Ponts.

We have been several ways across Belgium to Trois Ponts, after leaving lunch in Chimay. This route was amongst the best, whether you are on a bike or in a sports car.

Given the popularity of Chimay for a lunch stop and the whole Trois Ponts area as a destination, I thought it might be of interest here.





The holiday park at Domain Long Pre, is good value for those that don’t want to camp but maybe fancy a bit of self-catering.

Thanks for this. Definitely of interest to me not having attended the 6 hour before. I was planning to get to Spa this September but unfortunately I’m having to put it off to next year. We will be traveling in my classic car, any other tips or advice I would welcome.
