Graphics Card recommendation

Hi peeps

Can some one recommend me a middle of the road graphics card.

Cheap, cheerful and does what it says on the tin. I'm not into gaming, but would like to watch DVDs.

I'm running Vista ultimate and my motherboard has PCI Express X 16 and PCI Express X 1 slots which are unused.

to what ever price you want to pay...

even an onboard GPU will play DVDs, so i'd have thought any old cheap card will cope.
