Would a 'gravity feed spray' be any use in applying the above anti corrosion fluids?

I like the look of this

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Silverline-783124-Gravity-Feed-Spray/dp/B000LG0VMU

but am a complete anti-spanner when it comes to all this techno mumbo jumbo

... I am, however, as tight as the proverbial and a tad anally retentive toboot and like the idea of being thrifty with the said fluid (its as feckin dear as printer ink!!! .. so prefer to buy 4 or 5 litres in one go) as well as keeping the bulk of the sh1t off my 'no expenses spared' water based BMW paint xxx

At under 11 quid delivered it must be worth a wee punt :nenau

All thoughts greatfully recieved

Just buy a bottle of ACF50 from chad and use a paintbrush. I coated 5 bikes and still have some left over in the bottle.

At least a painbrush is seriously low tech.

should have mentioned that thats the technique I use at present, just thought that a finer spray would be a great enhancement to the current 'paintbrush' method (didnt know Chad was a supplier of the said elixir :thumb)

With ACF50, buy the quart bottle which comes with a small pump action spray bottle. Fill the spray bottle to the line then sit it in hot water for 10 minutes. The warmed oil subsequently sprays with a much finer mist and goes much further.

I bought two garden sprayer bottles for £9.99 in B&Q. One sprays FS365 and the other sprays Castrol GreenTec/Halfords car wash.

Bob,

Similar to the set up I use. ALDI compressor - gravity gun - FS365
Not done on cost mind, but the sprayer does get it into the nooks and crannies and application is quick and simple.

Not tried acf-50 but guess it should be pretty much the same.
