Gs 1200 panniers

I'm looking to buy a gs 1200 out of the ones I've looked at its the one without the panniers I like what is a fair price for luggage set boxes and frames for 2007 gs 1200

Been a few in here around £500 in the for sale section in good condition (some 04-12 varios on at that price atm) 500-700 with a rack is probably a reasonable budget IMO

I have a pair of BMW Vario panniers 2004 to 2012 on the for sale section for £300 would include the mounting Hardware for an extra £30

Motorworks have adventure side cases for £180 each (used). Varios are a bit less.

I've also got a pair of varios if anyone else is interested. No inner bags or top box though. £300 seems to be the going rate.

How much are you going to use the panniers? I have Varios and although they look reasonably neat and are very easy to fit and remove, they are heavy (c 7kg each) and quite a bit smaller inside than outside due to the expansion mechanism. They are also quite wide when expanded.

Hi probably only couple of times a year being honest rest of time top box would be OK , thanks for all replys just from seller of bike I was interested in it sold

I've a pair of used Vario panniers cluttering up my shed. If someone offered me £250 I'd be happy. As I'm only a cheapskate member rather than a subscriber I can't offer them for sale here nor can anyone pm me. If anyone wants them then say so and I'm sure we can find a way to swap contact details.
