GS 650 Sertau Reliability

I am considering one of these but have read comments from one of the reviews regarding reliability.

Could people give their opinions please as I am looking at getting one of these or an F800 GS.

I already have a R1200 GS LC ( I am keeping this) so the above is in addition

Mate has one from new. Done approx 2k on it, with a lot of trail/camping miles.

No problems whatsoever mechanically. Only observation was some poor finish on bits he thought would have been better, particularly the rear subframe, oe bars not very strong, and an expensive 1st service and poor customer service, so he's not going there again (Chester).

Off on it again for a 3 day trail ride in Yorkshire next week
