GS Accident on M4 this evening

Saw a red 1200 GSA on the M4 with a guy lying on the ground in Blue Rallye gear being given oxygen by the paramedics. Anyone know if they were OK?

Maybe it wasn't an accident.
I reckon his 12 had broke and when he phoned up BMW for a quote he was so amazed that he had to have oxygen
