Another of my daft questions:

Does anyone know if a Skidmarx hugger for the early 1200GS will fit the '09 model, or where I can look to find out myself.

I think I'm correct in thinking that usually a problem only arises if you try to fit a hugger originally designed for a non ESA bike to one fitted with ESA.

Aah, that's a good point. Mine has ESA. Should have thought of that one!
