I have a brand new set of panniers and top box all with inner bags and locks.
These were for my 2010 GSA.
I do not have the pannier frames as they were left on the bike when I sold it.
Top box comes with its own mounting plate which bolts onto the gsa standard rack.
Also included is a brand new gsa tank bag with fittings.

Also, your close enough that I could meet you half way for delivery.
