Looking to replace the standard seat on my '11 reg GSA and would welcome any input on what might be the best option. A Sargent seat would by my 1st option but they are expensive and after reading various comments on this forum they are not without their faults. Another option i considered was a matching pair by Powerbronze that i came upon on e-bay classifieds, but are they any good ? Any ideas !!

I'm a big fan of top sellerie . I had one for my fazer and my brother now has one for his f800gs. They are super comfy, espeically combared to the sargent he had for a few months (but he hated it, much less comfy!)

Thanks for reply. Have already considered that option thanks, haven't made my mind up yet tho'..

I've got a Touratech LDC on my 11 plate GSA and its not very comfortable after about a hour on the bike. I wouldn't recommend it and I'm looking at alternatives

Sargent seat. Expensive, but all day comfortable. You'll probably get almost what you paid for it if you don't like it and want to sell it.

Wunderlich pair on mine. First trip to Italy was hell - painful, you slide about on originals. With the Wunderlich ones, 8-9 hours on the bike are no problem. But, they are expensive.

I have done around 30k miles on a Wunderlich low seat on my GSAs - and find it "all-day-comfortable".

I believe that the Wunderlich and Touratech units are made by Kahedo and re-badged.

They are typically £160 -£200 on S/H market, I think.

Never met anyone who rates the BMW low seat.
