Hi guys

Picked up my GSA 1200 on Saturday :-)

Very nice, but being 6'2, my head gets battered even with the screen on the max setting.

Been searching through the posts and a Wunderlich screen with turbinators seem sa possible solution.

Who else 6 foot plus has tried a this option and with what success?

Any credible alternatives other than loosing 2 inches by being ejected from a Jet fighter?

Many thanks

Andy

I am 6 2 also and on the highest setting the screen is OK. Do you have the seat set high as if I do the buffeting appears. :(

I can cruise at 80 plus with visor in comfort. In fact the proterction seems better than my old K1200 LT:D

I think the seat is set low ... although I'd better check.

Its just that I have a 120 mile round trip on the M4 to work, and although I haven't tried it yet on the bike, when I do, I want it to be a cruise rather than a trauma!

Get one of the Touratech Clip on deflectors.
It created very clean airflow and I can ride with my flip front helmet up at 80mph.

I'm 6'1 with seat at high setting.

I had declitted the adjusters on the screen (cut off the little clits on the top of the adjusters with a hacksaw) to allow more height and then added torbinators to lean it back allowing sone good airflow below the screen.

This makes it as close to perfect as you can get..

The touratech clip on deflectors appear on Ebay occasionally if you don't want to wait for the terrible delivery from Germany (I didn't)...

What he said and I'm 6' 4" works a treat, and it arrived within a week
