They must be very busy at this time of year or so well off that they don't need any business or is it a front for money laundering:nenau

Called Touratech yesterday for Crash bars for the aqualine tanks, spare fuel pump gaskets and a set of spot lamp brackets.

Computer said no was the reply could I e-mail them

I was told that if I wanted the gaskets and the spot lamp brackets that I would need to email them as it wasn't the chappy that answered the phones department.

So I sent an e-mail
Hi
I have the aqualine tanks for a KTM 990S and need the fuel pump gasket
http://www.touratech.com/shops/008/product_info.php?cPath=6_51_382&products_id=7743 only the gasket

Also require crash bars to suit the larger tanks http://www.touratech.com/shops/008/product_info.php?cPath=6_51_382&products_id=7745

Do you do the brackets for the spotlamps on there own as I only require the brackets, left and right http://www.touratech.com/shops/008/images/artikel/BIGIMAGE/01-040-2011-0_I_01.JPG

If you give me the total price I'll ring you up and pay by card.

Kind regards
Johnny

No reply:( so with previous dealings with them I said to myself fuck them, bunch of fannies:mad:

So in that time I've contacted a fabrication co up here, no bother regarding the brackets and crash bars and made my own gasket.

When I called I had my Credit card in hand and was prepared to part with £500 odd quid

Good lad Johnny, the more people that take matters in to there own hands when dealing with large companys, the better we'll all be and give the company's a badly needed kick up the arse
