Hammersmith Carpark - the one by the shopping arcade

hi guys, this might be more a 4wheels question, but do any of you have an opinion on this carpak - I've been using it for years now easy to get to when driving in to London and plenty of tube line access it's always seemed reasonably safe and secure in the past but over the last few months I've noticed an number of cars dumped in there with slashed tyres - one is a fairly nice old Jag.

is it just people abandoning them rather than taking them to a breakers or are they stolen???

I've been working in Hammersmith for the last four years and after two incidents of damage to the car I no longer use that car park. Indeed I ride every day now so I don't have to use it. If you look at the neighbouring apartments across the railway line that probably explains it.

if you ride to work and park in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham you can park a bike in a bike bay, in a space for a car or even in a "residents only" bay (even without a permit!)
