Handguard reccomendations?

Hi all,
I managed to get caught up in some hidden barbed wire on Salisbury plain a few weekends ago, and the resulting bump smashed the stock handguards.

So, I'm now looking at replacement handguards. Preferably, reinforced "brush guard" ones. Does anyone have a reccomendation for ones that fit well on the DRZ without fouling the headlight plastic? Any to avoid? Currently looking at the EGO ones in the racespec catalogue.

nope sorry mate i use the UFO plastic ones on mine and have no experiance with the metal enforced ones


someone will be able to point you in the right direction though i'm sure

mine has Acerbis handguards on, reinforced with ali.

Got Acerbis on one of mine and EGO on the other both DRZ 400 nothing to choose between them both fit well with no problems
