Hardie ground anchor with an expanding bolt

Anyone know if these are removeable? If I can get the cap off it has an expandable bolt.

Good look getting the cap off, if it's flush you would have to drill it out with a TCT drill, not sure if there was a ball bearing to whack into the top of the Allen bolt head also, the expanding bolt will remove once it has been slackened off, just tap the head down before you pull it out.

Good to know, cheers. I Don't remember putting a ball bearing in... might struggle to get the cap off.
