Large rectangular bag for sissy bar/backrest. 3 external pockets secured with velcro then fold and velcro second time.Velcrod compartment on base (for paperwork maybe, there's no depth to it?) Double zippered main compartment. Carry handle on top.
Approx 16"wide 7"deep and 16" tall.
8 D rings and 2 strap and *buckles on back.(see note below)
