Have just read that the road to Gavarnie is opening today this means the Troumouse and Estaubé cirques are also accessible

The route between Pierrefitte-Nestalas et Cauterets which gives access to Pont d'Espagne remains closed to motor viehicles.

This was taken 2 weeks ago when we tried to visit the Cirque de Troumouse but were held back by deep snow on the road

I see that Tourmalet has limited access due to the problems in Bareges.
No news on St-Béat yet.
