Head Light Guard

Mate has made Perspex headlight guard to plastic Velcro to head light. Only worry is with LED lights if heat generated and melts plastic headlight, as no gap between headlight and cover. Any thoughts as I am concerned no other guards available as yet, other that metal mesh which think look horrible.

LEDs aren't generally too hot compared to other lights, hence they have a low power draw. Though to be honest I havent actually measured the temp of my headlight.

Should be fine, led heat is usually at the driver side not the light side

Touratech have one part number 045-5090 but probably not in stock but on back order. Not cheap either at £91.05
