heal and toe gear change question

i see a heal and toe gear change lever in the for sale and wanted section and my question is,is it possible to get a heal and toe gear change for a g/s

the reason is due to a back problem i have a drop foot so have very little upward movement in my left foot so cannot change gears

a heal and toe gear change would be very handy any ideas or advice

All is not lost though, if you have the dosh then one of those Track diesel bikes with the CVT drive will be a solution.

Ive got one on my 100/7 No use at all but it looks hardcore so worth it's weight in gold.

My left ankle movement is limited, I don't notice any problem. I think I must lift my leg, as opposed to pivot my ankle. I do however adjust the gear lever to a low position. I rode a mates bike recently, the gear lever was practically unusable to me.
