Heat for jackets.com any pics?

I attempted to sew my heatwire into a liner the other day, unpicked it.
Anybody got a pic of theres they have already done?

I bought a lined fleece and stitched the element inbetween the two layers. Pointless posting a picture as you can't see any of it .

I started sewing at the back and left a 1.5 inch gap between rows then after an hour or so I realised that the wire would only warm me bum and not reach the whole jacket.

I assume that it The rows of wire dont have to be that close?

Say 4inches apart?
