Heated grip problem.

Hi Guys, i managed to drop my GS onto its left hand side, it didn`t seem a hard fall but now my left hand heated grip isn`t working. Before i take it off to the dealers and have to sell one of my children to pay for the repair does anyone know what the most likely problem is ?
Any advice gratefully received.

Theres nothing magical about heated grips.
Just a coil of wire wrapped around underneath the rubber bit.
Remove the tank(you may get away with just pulling it back) and trace the element wires to the white 4-pin connector behind/close to the 3 big connectors.
Check resistance with multimeter (compare with other element),check and reseat connector if OK.
Sounds like you may disturbed something.Goiod luck.
