Want to buy a heated waistcoat, not to expensive but one that does the job.

.. or take a trip to the local scrap yard and get the pads from heated seats

Alternatively leave the seamstresses to their playing and buy a Gerber. I got one three years ago and it has transformed autumn and winter riding.

They've got sleeves, which makes a big difference over the gilet-type jackets, and they're guaranteed forever. I have had no problems, but people on here who have say the service is brilliant.

It uses too much power for the canbus, so I wired the under-seat socket direct to the battery - with a 10 amp fuse in line!
