Big bellied chap requires some decent braces to hold up my textile winter trousers. Mainly giving a decent grip from the clamps without coming undone.
I assume a 4-point type is better than the 3-point 'Y' system.

Is it best not to have the elasticated type?

Any recommendations and a vendor?

Thanks.

Brimarc HD braces are good - I bought some from Ebay from this seller for my new Rallye 3 trousers

Choice of colours - I went for black with metal clips as the plastic clip ones were not available. Metal have been okay as I have always worn a long jacket. If you wear short jackets then get plastic as they won't scratch your tank.

Combat suspenders

Combat Suspenders. Set of these, so good as you cant see them and are easy to undo if you need to. Many different types if you search.

Finally went for the Dickies industrial braces. The reinforcements have leather with stitching and rivets. And should be here tomorrow thankfully for the weekend ride South to the Twits rally.
