Ordered some stuff off their website on 25th January with promise of delivery within 3 to 5 working days i.e. well before we had any issues with snow!!

E mailed them 3 times but no responce.

When you phone their customer service number it just goes through to a recorded message saying call back later!!

Still no goods and cannot get hold of them - anyone else having simular problems?

Ken - thanks for that and have spoken to Lee who will try and help but still needs to be resolved by their mail order team.
