I would like to praise the Preston Branch, they spent ages explaining the pro's and con's of the various water proofing products for boots and textile clothing, even cleaned my visor which was minging.

I wouldn't...tried to exchange a pair of £50 gloves that fell to bits after two months...they refused...didn't keep the receipt so ordinarily would not be too upset.

What really pissed me off was some a55hole suggesting...'oh, you could have bought them from the seconds bin at a show and be ripping us off.'

Cheeky git ...won't be spending my hard earned there again...
