Bought a poor mans twat suit (Tuareg LC3) in May 06, and just lately the liner has decided to let the rain piss in. So back to the shop, and explained what was happening.

The guy made a couple of calls, then explained that all the LC3 suits had gone back to Germany, to be replaced by a new model in February. So no liners available.

Anyway, he tells me that he'll make a couple of calls to try and locate a new liner or some other way of resolving the problem. So i left and set off for the hour or so ride home.

I get home to find a message on the answer phone. There's no liners available so he's trying to locate a complete jacket.

The next day i get a call to say he has the jacket and I can go to swop them over.

All in all bloody good service without any arguments. Can't say fairer than that.

I've got the same suit and fairly say i'm delighted with it at the momnet, especially the comfort.
Plus i didn't want to look like a twat and buy the bmw suit and blend in like a bmw convention day
