Bought this, worn it twice and then over the intervening, I’ve errr hmmm got a bit plump for it 
It’s sized as a Large, but I would say it’s on the large side of Medium
Really well thought out and top quality suite with removable 3 layer goretex shell jacket and pants. The idea behind being that you can have a fully vented, textured Nylon protective suite that vents really well and then use the same suite as a full goretex waterproof item. D3O armour in shoulders, elbows, hips and knees but no back protector (I have that on my airvest). The GoreTex jacket and pants fasten into the outer. Zip joiner for both items
I can’t stress how much this is a quality, virtually unused GoreTex suite from a top producer and …….. a bloomin snip at £250 posted to mainland UK.
As a reference I’m 5 10’ - just under 13 stone, 31 inside and 43 chest (and a too big tummy) I could still use it but it would be summer only with light stuff underneath
