Hella Micro DE repair..

One of my micro DE's had stopped working, so expecting the bulb to have gone pop, I grabbed a new bulb and went to install. On inspection its actually a broken wire, or rather, where the spade connector attaches to the bulb mount (circular stainless centre part) which has broken off completely.

So, anyone got any reasonable suggestions on possible fixes? Is it possible buy new centre pieces at a reasonable price anywhere?

Yep, just get a small eyelet on the end of the wire and put it under one of the Torx screws.

Hella Micro DE Circular Ground ( -ve ) plate

hello Les Wassall,

I am from India. I am facing a problem with my Hella Micro DE.

I just bought a new set. But while installing the H3 bulb into the lamp,
I broke the bulb retainer circular plate. It has H3 & AL written on it & its the circular stainless plate which also has the Ground ( -ve ) spade connector.

Can u help me to get it from Hella. Because, I am from India & U cannot send that to me here.

Can just suggest me the exact spare part name OR something like that to me,
so that I can contact Hella & express my problem clearly.
