I have been missing of this site for a while after a variety of GS's and the wifes back injury putting us on a Gold Wing, which as a two up tourer is pretty good, I bought a GSX1400 to go with the DRZ400e. Both of the later were good bikes especially the GSX but that GS ability to head where ever you want kept on coming back at me. So a quick look about at what was out there and affordable and some to be honest less than customer oriented dealers in Adelaide (Triumph and BMW) I found a ex demo S10 with 1600kms for at a real good price. So it's now in my shed . Coming from R100GS, 1150GS, 1150GS adv and 1200GS Adv I was under the impression that the S10 would not be as good but for the money good enough, wrong, its every bit as good as any one of the BMs.
