Hi all, names Kirk, 37 and finally sick of the plastic rockets. After getting T-Boned off my last bike 3 weeks ago i decided to pop into Williams BMW in manchester and think i have left agreeing to buy a 1200gs.
My mates are all taking the p!!! out of me but to be honest, i dont care, wife is fine about it, kids are too young to ask so hey why not.
it has taken me a few years to come round to the idea of owning one, specially as i deal with BMW riders on a daily basis at Gerickes and i found myself labelling the majority of them. But No more, as i have crosed over to the dark side and have to say after the test ride im still sat here grinning like a ten year old. Now i know what all the fuss was about.
So hope to get to know some of you, look forward to some ride out's. will post when i finally get the bike, should be no more than ten days !!!!!!
