hello folks, EWS! tank bags

another jock signed up,
been ridin gs s for three years,just found the site( things take a little while to reach the top of the glen here).
broke down on my R1200gs last week,bike only 12months old at 4000 miles.
not good. EWS! if that means anything to you.
old one broke too,electronics.bloody things,
good fun most of the time
looking for some advice..... taking the other have on holiday this year .first time for her, looking for tank bag for the hairdryer and stuff (joke). do I go just tank bag ,maybe famsa (are they stable) or do I go cover and bag.

i got a hiene gerick tourag wi the side pannier thingys, v good , exept i replaced bottom straps wi bungees,
thats if u can get one off that orrible company
