Hello from Germany

Hello from a Hun - I have been reading contributions here for quite a while and finally I took the step to register here. I have been riding motorbiles for 50 years (I can hardly believe that myself) and I am very much into BMW two-valve boxer engines.
I live in the west of Germany, quite near the border to France and Luxemburg, so the Ardenne, the Great War battlefields in Lorraine or the Vosges region are within reasy reach, just as the Mosel valley and the Eifel region (Nurburgring!) north of it.
So if anybody would like some advice about there regions or about airneads, I will do my very best.

Welcome As mentioned above you are in good company. The site is amazing and even through the dark periods of not owning a bike I still came back to subscribe and just read and keep the finger in the pie.

I spent a lot of time in Germany and to this day I miss it greatly and without doubt one of my favourite places.
