Hello, had my new GS TE since 1st September.....had the 600 mile service a couple of weeks back at Bahnstormer Alton where i bought it
my last 4 bikes have been Triumphs ( the last one being a Tiger 800) so i decided to come over to the 'dark' side to see what all the fuss was about........
made the mistake of having a test ride on one and even though there was no way i could afford £15.5k for a motorbike, and great rate on a PCP deal made it affordable and if i haven't been 'converted' after 3 years
i'll hand it back and at least have had a 'proper' opinion of what gs ownership is all about

at the moment i'm loving it!!!!!!........excellent treatment and service from Bahnstormers too!!!!

extras i bought and fitted from day one were

GSA screen
front mudguard extension
Mudsling
radiator guards
wunderlich frame protectors (not fitted just yet...gonna go over with ACF50 first)
Givi topbox adaptor
BMW vario panniers (dealer incentive)
quick shift assist pro
BMV Nav V (BMW incentive)

no, in fact i'm 5'9", had a Madstad riot shield on my Tiger 800 so never got hardly any wind, so after that thought the standard gs one looked a bit short...I have both, so i'll try the standard as well.....I have read comments that the GSA screen wobbles a bit but compared to the Madstad it's pretty solid

Hi Kev I too have a GS te from bahnstormer and my previous bike was also a tiger 800 abs im up in Winchester hopefully gonna do a few miles this weekend before the weather changes
