Yo!

new here, obviously.

Sold my first bike, a Suzuki Bandit 650 after 2 years and recently bought my BMW R1200 GS from Park Lane in London. Couldnt handle being bikeless. Just done 600 miles now, so pretty much run in, tho i'm prob gona take it easy still and gradually increase the revs.

I have to say, I'm over the moon with my bike, couldnt be happier!

And finally, thanks to the guy who told me bout this site, very nice guy that works at Nick Gale Customs. Sorry mate, i lost your card when I moved house recently! you said your username was monster big foot, or something like that. say hi if you see this!

cheers

Graeme

Where can I go?

Hi all.

I've only had my 1200GS 4 weeks. Just ridden from London back to Edinburgh. Want to take it on some gentle off road. Any suggestions for rides around Edinburgh or Fife? I'm very confident Mountain Biker (ex-national team) but dont know where I'm allowed to go, if that makes sense? Where is legal, sort of thing?

thanks in advance!
