Help / Advice / suggestions .....Cash to Layoune, Western Sahara?

Bit of a long shot this, but any ideas/suggestions?

Looking to get some cash (around $US100) to somebody in Layoune. 99% certain he'll not have any form of bank account! and very loath to just stick dollar bills in an envelope!

Is anybody on here going down that way, or know of somebody who is? Timescale less important than ensuring it gets to where it needs to go.

Can be pricy on their charges but I have sent money using them before and it works

If it's any help, I'm leaving next Tues/Wed, to go to Gambia, will be Filling up Car and Jerries at Tan Tan and Layoune.

... you're sorted, but unless it's for a specific reason don't send $ but Euro's instead. At least they can be used locally without too much of a problem
