Help, chain and sprockets needed, Oxford

Hi everyone, hoping you can help.

I have now sold my f650GS and am due to deliver it to the Isle of Wight from Oxford tomorrow. Having just last week had new bearings, head and rear wheel sprocket assembly I was on my way this afternoon, huge bang, chain broken. Turns out the old chain had been replaced and the sprocket - new last week - is worn out already. Can anyone help with supplier for sprockets and chain asap, tomorrow if poss. My experience of BMW is that they always take at least a day to order parts.

Any motorbike shop should be able to supply a suitable 520-oring chain. Cost around £60. They are usually longer than you will need so get the shop to cut it to size.

• £9 for a basic chain
• £25 for a nickel-plated heavy duty O-ring chain

Postage would be £5.99 for the basic chain or £7.99 for the O-ring chain (it's heavier!)

I didn't make that clear, sorry, the old chain was put back on the new sprocket and has worn it out in a week. I sort of expected that it had been replaced for the amount the bill came to! A chain seems to be the easy part to get off the shelf, I think that the sprockets will be the delaying factor.
