Help!! Deleted maps!

I just bought a quest 1 on eBay which came preinstalled with uk and Ireland maps. Somehow I've managed to delete them off it and can't get them back. Please help!

What Map version was it and do you have your your Unit ID.

Have the unit ID alright. Not sure which version of map. It just says 'comes preloaded with detailed regional road mapping for UK and Ireland on box.

Part of the asking for help bit is to give some feedback and info for us to work with! What you are describing (base map only, no street level detail) is exactly what you get if you 'turn off' the City Navigator' setting, as described on your other thread.............have you checked this yet?
