I'm 5'5" with a 2012 GSA, I bought a Sergeant low seat, would still like it to be a bit lower, does anyone know of an upholsterer who can take an inch or 2 off it?
Cheers
Jake.

have you still got the GSA suspension, as fitting the GS units will take 20~25mm out of it.
I did even see a set of -50mm GSA units advertised on here recently.....

Have you considered chopping it in for a standard GS ? The extra tank range won't be of much use if you end up sitting on a plank.

This may sound stupid but have you thought of buying a pair if Daytona boots with the 1.5 inch lift built in, you can't tell as they are the same as their normal boots. Might just give you enough. Hey are around £350 though?

Yep the boots was going to be my suggestion as well.

I love my Daytonas but don't have a big heel pair.

have you tried putting little wheels on to lower the height?? charity shops still sell those 70's shoes called wedges they'll give an extra 3" on the end of your short legs or you could just join a circus & ride a trike.:blast
we're always here to help and offer sound reasonable advice.

If it has ESA I have a set of Hyperpro lowering springs in the garage that could be fitted to lower it.
