I have the easi 7 and i want to use it on the goldwing , it works great with one headset ,but as soon as i plug in 2nd all i get is noise , just want to use for music and some chat , is there something i need to buy to stop this , i have tried swapping lids but it starts as soon as i plug in the 2nd helmet , Any help would be great ,thankyou ,
Geno .

Can you swap the headset leads at the Autocom end? If you do, does the problem move along with the lead, or does it remain on the same socket?

If it's the same helmet that causes the problem, as opposed to the same lead off the unit, then, to me, that points to an issue with the headset in the offending lid. It's not quite clear from your post what's happening in this respect, maybe you can clarify.

Have you tried a single helmet, but plugged into the pillion lead?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty certain that if you open up the Autocom the rider and pillion tail leads can be replaced - may be worth checking that they are both clean and well plugged in.

The Autocom sticker hides the screw

The stickers on the Autocom usually cover the screws. Have a feel on the transfer and you will find it. Leads are very accessible once the cover is removed
